Job summary

HarZa Group is looking for a Head of Web Production to redesign how marketing requirements become live digital experiences. You will map workflows, remove bottlenecks, and implement standardized briefs, definitions of ready, and AI-enabled production strategies.

You will lead a function focused on speeding up cycle times, improving quality, and coordinating with marketers, designers and engineers in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Significant experience improving the operations of a web production, digital production or growth technology team.
• Experience with landing pages, ecommerce funnels, checkouts, upsells, testing and conversion-focused web production.
• Ability to challenge estimates, architecture choices and development approaches.
• Overlap with collaboration window (8:00am–12:00pm EST).

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign the workflow from marketing request to production launch, identifying bottlenecks and handoffs.
• Build standardized briefs for landing pages, checkouts, funnels, upsells and technical changes, and define a Definition of Ready.
• Audit the full production process for AI/automation opportunities and balance between developers, page builders, designers and AI-enabled operators.
• Create visibility over workload and capacity, and plan dependencies before work enters production.
• Move quality control upstream with self-QC, standardized QC checklists and automated testing where practical.
