Pavago is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build internal tools, marketing automation, AI workflows, and tracking systems that improve campaign performance and revenue. This is a hands-on role working with leadership and media buyers to turn operational challenges into production-ready systems.

The position emphasizes building production-grade software, dashboards, and integrations with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and AI APIs, all in a remote setup for U.S. EST hours.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and Python.
• Experience building and deploying production applications and APIs/webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy internal tools using Next.js, React, and Python.
• Develop marketing dashboards, reporting systems, and operational apps.
• Replace manual processes with scalable automation.
• Build integrations using APIs and webhooks for production workloads.
• Collaborate with leadership, media buyers, and operators.
