Qualifications

• Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands with real media budgets.
• Fluency in short-form (15–60s) and long-form DR (2+ minutes) formats.
• High-volume rhythm: sustained daily output in a testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form paid ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Iterate hooks, openings, cutdowns, and format variations weekly.
• Structure testimonials, UGC narratives, advertorials, and VSLs with compliance awareness.
