Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Senior Web Designer to craft high-converting web experiences across our acquisition funnel. You’ll work with product managers, analysts, and developers to shape the product surface and improve registration flows.

You’ll lead visual direction, ensure accessibility, and adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, delivering measurable impact while collaborating with marketing designers to integrate brand visuals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and registration flows.
• Experience with conversion metrics, A/B tests, qualitative research, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and analysts.
• Portfolio with recent landing pages, marketing websites, home pages and registration flows demonstrating modern visual craft and conversion-focused thinking.
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, composition) with a clear sense of modern web design trends and references.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design, asset preparation, and image editing.
• Hands-on experience improving registration and sign-up flows by identifying friction through qualitative research and shipping iterative improvements.
• Experience designing for acquisition, growth, or conversion-focused contexts with measurable impact.
• Good qualitative research skills, including session recording analysis, heatmap interpretation, user interviews, and usability testing, with the ability to translate observations into actionable design hypotheses.
• Proficiency in building user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and communicate complex flows.
• Experience creating app store creatives (screenshots, feature graphics, listing assets) for App Store and Google Play, with familiarity with ASO visual best practices.
• Proficiency in designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile, grounded in user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Experience working within established design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) and proficiency in Figma for prototyping and rapid iteration.
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products, with understanding of localization effects on layout, typography, content density, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient English skills (B2+ level) both written and spoken, with strong communication, teamwork, and a user-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve key company websites with strong visual craft, hand-off to WordPress developers for main sites and to frontend developers for custom-built landings
• Design and continuously optimize registration and authentication flows within the existing product design system
• Build user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and improve the acquisition experience end to end
• Conduct qualitative user research, including session recording analysis, heatmap reviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions
• Create app store creatives, including screenshots, feature graphics, and listing assets for App Store and Google Play
• Compose visually compelling layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and visual rhythm
• Collaborate with marketing designers and other creative team members to integrate brand visuals into web layouts
• Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts work effectively across markets
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices, adhering to brand guidelines and the product design system
• Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation
