Job summary

NovaKid is seeking a Lead Producer to run day-to-day video production, prioritization, and delivery across marketing, brand, and ambassador content. You will lead a team of Creative Producers, collaborate with editors, designers and scriptwriters, and report to the Creative Director.

This hands-on role combines leadership with practical production tasks, ensuring high-quality output while managing capacity across a fast-paced pipeline in a remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a video/creatives production team in agency, studio, or in-house marketing.
• Hands-on production background: reviewing cuts, giving feedback on edits and storyboards, and tackling shoots.
• Familiar with video production workflows and tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and post-production logistics.
• Strong ability to manage a high-volume creative pipeline with prioritization and resource allocation.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to push back and set expectations with non-production teams.
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
• Comfortable working across international, remote, cross-timezone teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Stay hands-on: manage a slate of productions alongside the team.
• Collaborate with department leads, editors, designers, and copywriters to move work from concept to delivery.
• Own capacity planning across the production pipeline and manage timelines with stakeholders.
• Drive prioritization discussions to focus on high-impact work.
• Improve brief quality and reduce back-and-forth during production.
• Develop production process improvements for large campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with freelance production network and localization teams.
• Monitor projects at risk and unblock bottlenecks, keeping leadership informed.
