Job summary

Dayforce, Inc. is seeking a Services Project Manager to lead global HCM software implementations from the Philippines. You will drive delivery of services within scope, time, and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with consultants across a matrix organization and collaborate with Education, Product Management, Support, and R&D to ensure successful delivery. You may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in HCM application consulting and/or project management.
• Global payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Experience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based software implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Plan, communicate progress and milestones.
• Lead and mentor teams in a matrix environment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, governance, and change control.
• Oversee UAT, sign-offs, and transition to Support post go-live.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
