Seamless Assist seeks a GoHighLevel Specialist to own and optimize GoHighLevel workflows for a US-based gym business. You will design lead nurture, trial booking, member onboarding, and retention automations, while providing frontline support to the gym owner and staff during EST business hours.

This hands-on role requires strong GHL mastery, experience with integrations (Zapier, Make, n8n), AI-assisted troubleshooting, and the ability to document processes so issues don’t recur.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows, pipelines, funnels, and campaigns for live businesses
• 1+ year providing customer or technical support (tickets, live chat, calls, or client success)
• Working knowledge of Zapier, Make, n8n, or webhooks to connect GHL with other tools
• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to build, write, and troubleshoot faster
• Able to work US Eastern Time (EST) business hours from the Philippines
• Excellent written and spoken English for clear communication with owners, staff, and members

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain lead nurture workflows — speed-to-lead SMS/email, trial class and intro session booking, and follow-up for leads who don't book
• Automate the member journey — reminders, no-show follow-up, onboarding, and milestone check-ins
• Run retention and reactivation campaigns — lapsed memberships, expiring memberships, and win-back offers
• Set up and manage pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, landing pages/funnels, custom fields, and tags
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns — promotions, events, and monthly newsletters
• Automate review requests and referral campaigns to grow the gym's reputation
• Integrate GHL with gym management software, payment tools, and ad lead sources via native integrations, Zapier, Make, or webhooks
• Serve as first-line GHL support for the gym owner and staff
• Train gym staff on pipelines, conversations, booking, and reporting with walkthroughs and short videos
• Audit accounts for broken or duplicate workflows and propose clean-ups
• Track recurring issues and propose automations to remove them at the source
• Use AI tools to speed up copy, troubleshooting, and documentation
