Rippedboxstation is seeking a GoHighLevel Specialist to implement and manage CRM, automations, funnels, and integrations for multiple brands on a part‑time basis (10 hours/week).

The role focuses on building sub‑accounts, workflows, campaigns, landing pages, calendars, forms, and data flows with independent execution and reporting.

Applicants should show hands‑on GHL experience and ability to work with Zapier/Make and APIs, plus strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on GoHighLevel experience demonstrated in live projects.
• Proven track record building sub‑accounts, pipelines, and automation systems.
• Strong CRM, lead nurturing, and campaign execution knowledge.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, segmentation, and conversions.
• Familiarity with SaaS configs, APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make integrations.

Responsabilités

• Build, configure, and manage GHL sub‑accounts across brands.
• Create and optimize pipelines, stages, tags, and custom fields.
• Manage contacts, lead segmentation, tracking, and client processes.
• Develop automated workflows, triggers, and follow‑ups.
• Implement landing pages, funnels, calendars, forms, and surveys.
• Run marketing campaigns inside GHL and monitor performance.
• Set up calendars, booking systems, and appointment workflows.
• Configure integrations and data flows with third‑party tools.
