Job summary

Extenteam is a remote-first startup providing an AI assisted SaaS platform for the vacation rental industry. We seek a Support Helpdesk Business Specialist for a property management client to analyze business practices, approve pricing, review leases, and support revenue operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in related roles, strong Microsoft Office, Entrata and PowerBI skills, and the ability to work weekends in a fast-paced, distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in support/ops roles.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Strong MS Office, Entrata and PowerBI proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business practices and review requests per guidelines.
• Approve and adjust pricing when appropriate.
• Review applicant files, verify requirements, and sign leases.
• Override screenings when justified.
• Analyze ledger corrections to rent and related items.
• Ensure timely applicant deposit refunds per policy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Entrata Support Group, PMs, and VPs.
