Job summary

Beepo is seeking an AU Client Communications Officer to support guests from our Clark, Pampanga office on a remote, day-shift basis. This role requires strong written and verbal English and prior customer service and admin experience.

You will handle inquiries across online platforms, provide check-in information, explain policies and amenities, and coordinate with teams to resolve requests. Experience with hospitality platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years' experience in customer service and admin.
• Experience with online booking platforms.
• Email management experience and strong admin background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries across online booking platforms and email in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide daily check-in/check-out information and assist guests with their requests.
• Communicate booking policies, property amenities, and operational procedures to guests.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure guest requests and inquiries are addressed efficiently.
• Provide after-hours guest support and emergency assistance when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, primarily related to guest communication and support.
