Job summary

Assist World is seeking a strategic Marketing & Growth Virtual Assistant to consolidate existing assets into a cohesive growth plan for a coaching and creative business led by a musician and professor. The role focuses on scaling followers, engagement, leads, and online course sales, while also handling video editing and content calendar management.

You will coordinate with an existing VA, organize digital assets, and drive projects with weekly action plans, reminders, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media strategy.
• Proven ability to grow audiences, engagement, and leads.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, email marketing, landing pages, and course sales.

Responsibilities

• Review CRM, mailing lists, landing pages, and online courses to build a cohesive strategy.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives to boost followers, engagement, leads, and course sales.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences to drive traffic.
• Lead targeted outreach and scalable marketing campaigns.
• Edit video footage into engaging short-form social content and course materials.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide actionable reports.
• Organise digital folders, footage, platforms, tasks, and goals into a shared workflow.
• Develop weekly action plans and coordinate with the existing VA.
