Format, send, and track email newsletters through GoHighLevel or Mailchimp, checking open rates and top-performing content
Support client onboarding through welcome emails, resource delivery, and templated replies to common questions
Moderate and look after online community spaces, from approving requests to monitoring comments and supporting engagement during launches
Set up and maintain Zoom for recordings and calls, and fix basic platform/link issues
Keep Google Drive digital asset folders well organized, including testimonials, graphics, and reusable content
Support general digital operations (event coordination, PDFs, lead magnets) and stay up to date with AI tools that streamline workflow
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Proficiency in CapCut or Descript for video editing
Strong working knowledge of Canva
Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive

Comfortable with technology and able to troubleshoot basic platform issues
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ConvertKit
Background working with coaches, creatives, or online course-based businesses
Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or the coaching/wellness space
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) that improve workflow efficiency
Experience with podcast support (show notes, episode uploads)
Ability to keep several projects and priorities moving at once
Why Join Us:
This is a chance to genuinely own digital operations for a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand, shaping how things run instead of only completing tasks. You'll work with a creative, energetic team that values initiative, and there's real room to grow your role as the brand expands.
