Job summary

AgentSync is seeking a Full-Time Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist to own the company’s social media, content strategy, and audience growth. You will develop end-to-end strategies, analyse performance data, and optimize campaigns to drive leads and measurable business results.

You will lead creative direction across channels, repurpose content, and use Canva/CapCut for asset creation. The role requires strong English, autonomy, and the ability to engage an Australian audience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or related role.
• Proven experience developing commercially focused marketing or social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of audience psychology, buyer behaviour and customer journey.
• Ability to connect social media activity to leads, conversions and business outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience with podcast marketing/growth and YouTube growth.
• Experience with funnels, landing pages and lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end digital and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Translate goals into platform-specific campaigns and KPIs.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing/content roadmaps.
• Identify market opportunities and growth opportunities.
• Balance short-term performance with long-term brand growth.
• Develop content pillars and cohesive content ecosystem.
• Create hooks, storytelling and direct-response copy.
• Repurpose core content into multiple assets across platforms.
• Provide creative direction for video editors and designers.
• Ensure content is engaging and brand-aligned.
• Use Canva and CapCut to create/refine assets.
• Manage strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, potentially TikTok.
• Drive organic growth in reach, engagement and brand authority.
• Develop community-building and partnership strategies.
• Optimize content for platform algorithms and discovery.
• Monitor audience sentiment and engagement opportunities.
• Support growth for podcast and YouTube channels.
• Repurpose podcasts into Shorts, Reels and posts.
• Monitor performance and optimize content distribution.
• Develop customer journeys from awareness to lead generation to conversion.
• Support campaigns with lead magnets, webinars, launches and evergreen funnels.
• Understand landing pages, email nurture and marketing automation.
• Develop organic content to support lead generation and conversion.
