Job summary

Kinguin is seeking a driven Business Development professional to lead partnerships and drive marketplace growth from a remote location. You will identify opportunities, initiate discussions with partners, and manage the end-to-end deal process while maintaining robust records and performance tracking.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams to optimize outcomes, analyze partnership results, and push for improvements that maximize GMV and GP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for new partners.
• Ability to manage commercial deals and maintain key records.
• Good understanding of commercial metrics (GMV, GP, revenue) and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new partners from diverse industries and build long-term relationships.
• Identify and explore partnership opportunities to drive marketplace growth.
• Manage end-to-end deal processes from discussions to final agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of deals and commercial information.
