Job summary

The Destination Channel is hiring a business operations specialist to design and run the systems behind our growth engine. You will map the full funnel, design the workflows, and own CRM and automations that move a lead from first touch to booked call to close, while keeping all teams aligned on a single playbook.

This builder/coordinator role focuses on optimizing lead gen, sales and content handoffs, while deploying tools like Close, Monday.com, Zapier and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales ops, RevOps or similar systems role.
• Hands-on CRM setup and management experience (Close, Monday.com a plus).
• Proven automation experience with Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows.
• Working knowledge of cold email tools and deliverability.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Clear SOPs, playbooks and flowcharts documentation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Map and document the full funnel from lead sourcing to client onboarding.
• Act as the hub between lead gen, sales and content teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Set up the outreach stack: domains, inboxes, warm-up, deliverability and SMS compliance.
• Own the CRM structure: pipelines, stages, fields, tags and lead sources in Close.
• Build automations for lead routing, booking confirmations, meeting reminders and no-show recovery.
• Connect tools (CRM, calendars, email, SMS, forms, Slack) via Zapier or native integrations.
• Keep data clean and build dashboards that track pipeline health in real time.
• Test new lead sources and outreach angles, and roll out effective methods.
• Recommend new tools, including AI tools, that improve speed and quality.
