Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own the verified-lead funnel for a pre-launch fintech platform. This is a high-ownership, execution-first role where you will run the funnel from day one and drive the numbers.

You will select lead sources, run tests, set up attribution, optimize CAC and CPL, and operate through a fixed soft-launch window from October 1 to March 31, with continued iteration based on data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning a lead funnel end-to-end and driving it to target numbers.
• Fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial-services lead experience preferred.
• Comfort operating within regulated-marketing constraints.
• Fluency in attribution and unit economics (CAC, cost-per-lead, conversion, funnel yield).
• Ability to start immediately and operate with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own an inbound verified-lead flow end-to-end—from purchased/partner credit bureau leads to verified wallet sign-ups.
• Select lead sources, run creative tests, and stand up attribution from scratch.
• Drive a measured, cost-efficient, and sustainable cost-per-result.
• Operate through a fixed soft launch on October 1, ramping through March 31.
• Recommend lead segments to test and collaborate on attribution with the data lead.
• Launch and iterate on campaign tests based on real performance data.
