Job summary

JustMarkets is seeking a Marketing FinOps Manager to own the operational financial processes behind our global marketing activities. You will maintain budgets, manage invoices, and ensure accurate reporting to enable smarter financial decisions.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to optimize costs, report on CAC and ROAS, and drive efficiency in vendor payments and subscriptions. Remote-friendly role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, FinOps, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong skills with budgets, invoices, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH).
• Understanding of accruals, multi-currency accounting, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the global marketing budget across regions and channels.
• Track budget vs. actual spend and identify overspending or underutilized budgets.
• Process, verify, and manage incoming marketing invoices and match against contracts, IOs, or campaigns.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and payment priorities with Finance and Treasury.
• Prepare financial documentation for closing and support month-end reconciliation.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
