Job summary

Consumer Tech Ltd. in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a data-driven Growth Hacker to own customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will design, run, and analyze experiments in close collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering to turn pilots into repeatable growth. You will measure CAC, LTV, activation, and conversions, and scale successful channels across SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking for B2B SaaS
• Analytical with Google Analytics or Mixpanel
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads, email marketing, or marketing automation
• Scrappy, experimental mindset; ship fast tests
• Excellent written communication for copy and outreach
• Nice to have cybersecurity experience, SQL, scripting, Zapier or HubSpot

Responsibilities

• Own the growth roadmap: design, launch, and analyze experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Drive SEO, content distribution, paid acquisition, and referral/viral loops
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion
• Scout and test new channels: communities, partnerships, cold outreach, product-led growth
• Partner with product and engineering to ship growth features like onboarding flows and referral programs
• Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and funnels; scale winners

About the role

Brand impersonation, phishing pages, and counterfeit listings cost businesses revenue and trust every day. We're a fast-growing SaaS company building the tools that catch and shut down these threats before they spread, and we're looking for a scrappy, data-driven Growth Hacker to take ownership of how we find and win new customers.

You'll have real autonomy to test, measure, and scale what works, partnering closely with product, marketing, and engineering to turn one-off experiments into repeatable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth roadmap: design, launch, and analyze experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention
• Drive SEO, content distribution, paid acquisition, and referral/viral loops
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion, and use them to guide decisions
• Scout and test new channels: communities, partnerships, cold outreach, product-led growth plays
• Partner with product and engineering to ship growth features like onboarding flows, in-app prompts, and referral programs
• Run continuous A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and funnels, and turn winners into scalable playbooks

About you

• 2+ years in growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup
• Sharp analytical instincts and comfort with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
• Hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads, email marketing, or marketing automation
• A scrappy, experimental mindset: you'd rather ship a fast test than wait for a perfect plan
• Excellent written communication for copy, outreach, and content
• Nice to have: experience in cybersecurity or brand protection, familiarity with SQL or basic scripting, and experience with tools like Zapier or HubSpot
