Job summary

Golden Alpha Venture Corp. is seeking a Platform Growth Operations Manager to drive end-to-end user journey optimization, from Registration and KYC to deposits, retention and reactivation, across platform configuration and campaign mechanics.

You will coordinate Product, Growth, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, Payment and Engineering, analyze funnel metrics, and improve registration completion, KYC submission and first deposit conversion in a fast-paced onsite Cebu City role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in platform operations, growth ops, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of user funnels and platform operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Able to translate data and feedback into practical improvements.
• Comfortable with operational reporting and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the complete user journey from Registration to Reactivation.
• Analyze drop-offs across registration, verification, deposits, and retention.
• Improve completion rates for registration, KYC, and first deposits.
• Manage day-to-day platform configuration and back-office operations.
• Monitor OTP, SMS delivery, payment channels, and KYC flow status.
• Design campaign mechanics to drive action: first deposit, rewards, referrals.
• Identify UX issues and work with Product/Engineering to define requirements.
• Plan high-value placements: homepage banners, pop-ups, campaign entries.
