Two Connect is seeking a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid acquisition and organic growth for Australia and New Zealand. The role is remote with dayshift hours, reporting to management and coordinating with design, web and sales teams.

You will own campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword targeting and landing pages, while developing SEO and email marketing plans to boost revenue across e-commerce platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum five years in hands-on digital performance marketing with paid acquisition.
• Experience managing e-commerce performance across multiple sites/brands.
• Proficient with Google Ads including Shopping/Performance Max and remarketing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta.
• Manage initial monthly paid media budget of AUD 30,000 and justify increases.
• Develop channel strategies for Australia and New Zealand markets.
• Oversee SEO with focus on backlinks, off-page and keyword growth.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns to support product promotions and retention.
• Collaborate with design and web teams for assets, landing pages and product feeds.
• Provide strategic direction to management and prepare spend forecasts.
• Implement tracking and reporting across GA, GTM and ad platforms.
