Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a competent digital marketing specialist to join a Sydney-based client team. You will collaborate with the Assistant Digital Manager and Digital Manager to execute and optimize campaigns across social media and search while staying ahead of industry trends.

You will craft audience targeting, analyze performance, and deliver data‑driven recommendations. The role is remote with work‑from‑home arrangement and a collaborative environment fostering ongoing skills

Qualifications

Experience managing digital campaigns across social media and search.
Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for performance.
Familiarity with tracking pixels, conversions, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to improve delivery, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
Develop audience targeting strategies using first‑party, platform, and behavioural data.
Evaluate creative performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to enhance engagement and ROAS.
Plan and execute organic social media content and publishing schedules.
Prepare post‑campaign reports with insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and recommend creative campaign concepts for client proposals.
