Job summary

Satellite Office in Manila seeks an outstanding, hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization of core paid channels, focused on lead generation and ROI. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to maximize revenue.

This full-time role requires top performers, excellent written and spoken English, and alignment with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

4+ years in digital/performance marketing with hands-on Google Ads / paid search experience.
Experience managing paid search end-to-end, including setup, bidding, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Experience with paid social (LinkedIn) and landing page CRO/A/B testing.
Familiarity with WordPress, SEO/AEO, SEMRush and HubSpot is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for ROI and lead gen.
Own website performance and CRO initiatives, including A/B testing on landing pages.
Oversee SEO/AEO efforts and collaborate with Content for growth.
Develop regular analytics reports using GTM, GA4, and ad platform data.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align campaigns with strategy.
