Job summary

Insight Therapy Solutions, a US-based telehealth provider, seeks a Marketing & Partnership Manager to drive client acquisition by leading digital marketing and strategic partnerships. You will supervise the internal marketing team, optimize paid campaigns, content, and SEO, and nurture leads through Zoho CRM.

The role is 75% marketing strategy/execution and 25% healthcare business development, requiring CRM discipline, US market targeting, and the ability to translate data into growth actions

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, mental health, wellness, or clinical business environments operating inside the US market.
• CRM proficiency with Zoho CRM, managing layouts, lead scoring, deal pipelines, and views.
• Direct experience setting up Zoho Automations/Workflows, Zoho SalesIQ, or Zoho Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
• Technical savvy with Google Analytics and local SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and execution across paid social, content, and SEO.
• Oversee internal marketing team and ensure cohesive, ethical campaigns.
• Track and optimize customer journeys in Zoho CRM from intake to onboarding.
• Develop and manage US clinician recruitment outreach and partnerships.
• Build and nurture B2B partnerships with medical professionals and organizations.
• Monitor campaigns, CPL/ROAS, and funnel health via analytics.
