Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, showing CPA/ROAS/revenue results and what changed.
• Fluent across the whole ad stack, not just one campaign type.
• AI native and able to build/ship landing pages or assets with AI.
• Able to communicate ideas in English at native/near-native level.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit overtake accounts before touching them; conduct structure, terms, negatives, bidding, and landing-page review.
• Audit and segment brand vs non-brand performance; report separately to show impact.
• Understand PMax behavior and separate branded from non-branded impact for targets.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center, titles, disapprovals, promotions).
• Own the tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals, conversions).
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
