We’re a fast-growing membership-based company with over 750 members worldwide, and we’re looking for a Director of Marketing to own strategy, execution and results. Reporting to our COO, you’ll lead a lean marketing team, scale founder-led content without losing its voice, and drive performance across content, email, partnerships, and channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing leader.
• Ability to translate company goals into clear marketing plans.
• Experience scaling founder-led content while preserving voice and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and planning, turning goals into priorities and timelines.
• Lead the marketing team with clear direction, feedback, and accountability.
• Oversee initiatives across content, email, partnerships, and other channels.
• Protect brand voice, positioning, and content quality while scaling production.
• Use data and experiments to improve messaging, growth, and acquisitions.
• Ensure tracking and reporting provide visibility into marketing performance.
• Collaborate across the business to align priorities.
• Build systems to keep the marketing team effective and consistent.
