Staffstream is seeking a Growth Marketer to build and own a hands-on multi-channel growth function for an Australian personal development brand. Qualifications

• Mid-level growth or digital marketing experience with full ownership of customer acquisition.
• Hands-on paid campaigns experience, especially on Meta, with measurable results.
• Proven budget judgment and ability to scale spend based on performance.
• Experience building/optimizing funnels from awareness to leads/sales, including email nurture.
• Shaping content strategy and brief a creator for video concepts; not needed to shoot/edit.
• Comfort interpreting data and turning it into clear decisions; self-directed work style.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition strategy and funnel, including audience, messaging, and channels.
• Map and improve the journey from first touch to paying customer and reduce drop-offs.
• Design funnels and landing experiences and brief the builders.
• Plan to convert warm audiences into community members and customers.
• Set up and manage email nurture sequences (ActiveCampaign).
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta first, others as justified).
• Define KPIs, track performance by channel, and report progress clearly.
