Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Marketing & Product Growth Assistant to drive multi-channel growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work directly with the General Manager in a split-focus role balancing trade product marketing with brand development, digital content creation, and e-commerce optimization.

You will support new product launches, private-label lines, and market research while coordinating multi-channel campaigns, copywriting, and SEO improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing, content creation, or product marketing track record.
• Strong business acumen with design sense and visual storytelling.
• Sharp research skills to analyse competitors and customer behavior.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage deadlines.
• Availability during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).

Responsibilities

• Trade Product Marketing & Growth: Develop campaigns to raise awareness among builders, contractors, and distributors; create video demos, social content, and sales collateral; run email and digital ad campaigns.
• Brand Development & Digital Marketing: Manage social platforms; craft website copy, product descriptions, and email campaigns; improve SEO; ensure consistent messaging.
• New Product Launches & Private Label: Support end-to-end development and launches; contribute branding ideas; conduct market research.
• Strategy & GM Collaboration: Work with the GM to translate growth ideas into actionable marketing initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
