Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience including brand management, campaigns and digital marketing.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial role with responsibility for strategy and execution.
• Experience in automotive/retail/product sectors is highly preferred.
• Experience in product promotions, launches, and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, sales targets, and market expansion plans.
• Own annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen brand positioning and consistency across digital platforms, branch locations, and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and execute product introductions, launches, and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and sales opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital and traditional channels and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement to optimize future activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Financing teams to align marketing with revenue growth.
