Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Community Content & Marketing Specialist to drive our luxury-brand storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, MailChimp, and our member platform. You will craft compelling newsletters, feature member spotlights, and execute cross-channel campaigns to grow our community.

You will collaborate with the founder, manage content calendars, and deliver polished communication that resonates with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or work samples required.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or community.
• Ability to engage different audience segments with personalized, polished communication.
• Highly organized with batch-create and pre-schedule content.
• Creative mindset with awareness of trends on TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive membership growth.
• Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the proprietary platform.
• Draft and distribute a monthly newsletter using MailChimp.
• Manage email campaigns leading up to events to boost engagement and attendance.
• Outreach via Instagram and email to engage attendees and members.
• Develop member spotlight content from testimonials and past events.
• Repurpose footage and images into social posts and platform content.
• Maintain a content tracker to ensure timely posts and emails.
• Support community growth by engaging new audiences.
