Cherry Assistant LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to manage paid media, creatives, landing pages, and funnels for customer acquisition and lead generation. You will work directly with the founder to optimize campaigns, test ideas, and improve conversions across ads, pages, and funnels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years practical experience managing Meta and Google Ads with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising and campaign performance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and improve Meta campaigns with budget changes.
• Review daily performance and report on spend, leads, conversions, and CPA.
• Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.
• Manage Google Ads for client accounts and weekly reporting.
• Improve lead generation and booked calls for Cherry Assistant.
