Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to own B2B marketing and outbound lead generation for international markets. You will drive organic social media, content creation, and outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and automation tools.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a 4-year degree, and strong analytical skills. Hybrid work model in Makati/Ayala with WFH options, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in digital marketing with focus on organic social media management and outbound lead generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (4-year degree required).
• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in BPO/outsourcing or US/North American markets.
• Strong track record in B2B lead generation and outbound marketing via LinkedIn outreach and cold emails targeting C-level and managerial audiences in international markets.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite, and email automation platforms such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Analytical skills for calendar management, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
• Ability to run cross-platform campaigns independently from planning to optimization.
• Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and brainstorm marketing and growth strategies to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors to execute initiatives.
• Manage social media strategies and content across platforms; own content calendar and campaign direction.
• Monitor insights, prepare performance reports, and optimize future strategies.
• Lead outbound campaigns and nurture flows; drive top-of-funnel engagement via cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain segmented lead databases for targeted campaigns.
• Support ongoing marketing projects and provide communications and related support as needed.
