Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard development
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of raw and structured data and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven decision- making approach
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, contractors, or cross-functional projects
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience in digital marketing with a working understanding of key customer acquisition channels, including: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads / Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Local Services Ads (LSA), Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, measure return on investment, and make recommendations based on data

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing vendors and agencies and ensure accountability to objectives.
• Oversee content calendars and publishing schedules across channels.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback and reviews.
• Manage CRM campaigns and email marketing workflows.
• Produce weekly marketing scorecards and report performance insights to leadership.
