The role focuses on managing LinkedIn strategy, crafting high-converting copy, designing assets, and strategically generating and nurturing B2B leads to connect remote staffing solutions with global tech and design talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
• Strong portfolio showing lead generation results and design work.
• Familiarity with lead tracking, CRM hygiene, and outreach automation tools.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn marketing strategy and content calendar.
• Generate and nurture B2B leads through LinkedIn messages and outreach.
• Create high-converting copy and eye-catching visuals for social posts.
• Edit and produce short and long-form video content for LinkedIn.
• Design static and multi-page visuals, including carousels and banners.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize executive branding and profiles.
• Track funnel metrics and maintain CRM data for lead performance.
