Job summary

Revpanda Group is seeking a Growth & CRM Marketing Manager to own audience retention, database monetisation, and community growth for an affiliate brand. This hands-on role focuses on turning an audience into an engaged community and, in turn, into measurable revenue.

You will design automated lifecycle flows, monetisation strategies, and lead gamification initiatives, while expanding in African markets and managing influencer partnerships. Fully remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in CRM / retention / lifecycle marketing within iGaming
• Hands-on ownership of a CRM/automation platform (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Customer.io)
• Proven track record monetising a user database with segments and flows
• Solid understanding of affiliate models (CPA / rev share)
• GDPR compliance and responsible marketing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM/automation: hygiene, segmentation, deliverability, GDPR compliance
• Build automated lifecycle flows (welcome, conversion, reactivation, win-back) tied to offers
• Design monetisation strategy by geo, sport, behaviour
• Report revenue per subscriber and flow performance beyond opens/clicks
• Lead community gamification: leader boards, points, loyalty programs
• Grow and moderate communities across on-site and messaging channels
• Source and negotiate promotions with athletes, clubs, tipsters, influencers
• Drive audience growth in international markets with mobile-first tactics
• Orchestrate social funnels with in-house content and AI pipeline
