Qualifications

3–6+ years in social media, SEO, or digital marketing with proven growth.
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and engagement best practices.
Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and SEO tools.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and rapid optimization.

Responsibilities

Oversee social media publishing across platforms and calendars.
Optimize posts for each platform and monitor engagement.
Collaborate with Growth Marketing for paid amplification when needed.
Own technical and on-page SEO, metadata, and internal linking.
Develop dashboards to track audience growth and organic performance.
Identify opportunities to automate publishing workflows and AI tools.
