Job summary

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Revenue Operations & Growth Systems Architect to design and optimize the company’s revenue infrastructure. The role involves building HubSpot-centric pipelines, automation, and analytics for the capital advisory program.

The ideal candidate will architect and automate the end-to-end revenue engine, improving speed-to-lead, lead routing, onboarding, and reporting, while collaborating closely with the founder to scale growth.

Qualifications

• Strong HubSpot experience and RevOps background.
• Experience designing scalable CRM architectures and pipelines.
• Ability to build and optimize lifecycle automations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Architect, automate, and optimize the revenue engine (HubSpot-centric).
• Design lifecycle stages, deal stages, and scalable pipelines.
• Create automated lead routing, nurture sequences, and onboarding workflows.
• Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting for revenue teams.
• Collaborate with founder/operator to align marketing, sales, and fulfillment.
