Job summary

BEL Promo is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to support the growth of a portfolio of strategic and growth accounts from a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will collaborate with the National Sales Manager to implement account strategies, manage day-to-day customer needs, and ensure operational excellence across your portfolio.

You will work closely with Customer Service, Production, and cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, order growth, and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior experience in AE/inside sales or business development support roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and written communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategies across core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and campaigns to bring account strategy to life.
• Maintain cadence for calls and emails and manage campaign schedules.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Production to ensure alignment.
• Track orders and resolve delays with internal teams.
• Support growth of SMB accounts toward larger strategic status.
