Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a BPO sales position or related field.
• Experience in customer/client support is a plus.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of the sales process and various CRM software is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close deals with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Maintain the client database to ensure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
