Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Google Ads Manager to build, launch, and manage campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Local Services Ads) across Turnwell's 6 brands and 22 clinics, covering behavioral health services and each specialty service line (IOP, TMS, Spravato).

You will own day-to-day bidding, budget pacing, landing-page testing, and conversion tracking, while collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager and ensuring HIPAA-compliant messaging and ongoing

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in healthcare or regulated lead-gen.
• Google Ads certification (Search and Display) required.
• Proven track record of managing paid search budgets and reducing CPA.
• Experience with structured A/B testing and landing page optimization tools.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks and clinics.
• Own day-to-day bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and negative keywords.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to align paid search with broader priorities.
• Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversions.
• Maintain conversion and call tracking, and produce cost-per-lead reporting.
• Monitor metrics and reallocate budget to high-performing campaigns.
• Develop ad copy with messaging aligned to HIPAA and healthcare policies.
• Manage account structure and audience segmentation by service line.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
