MicroSourcing is seeking a Google Ads Manager to run and optimize paid search campaigns from a remote setup in the Philippines. You will own bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategies, and landing-page testing to drive inquiries across multiple brands and clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in healthcare or a regulated lead-generation industry.
• Google Ads certification (Search and Display) required.
• Demonstrated track record of managing paid search budgets and reducing cost per acquisition.
• Experience with structured A/B testing methodology and landing page optimization tools.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands and clinics.
• Own day-to-day bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and negative keywords.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to align paid search strategy with SEO and content initiatives.
• Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rate from click to inquiry.
• Build and maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution across Google Ads, GA4, and CRM.
• Monitor Quality Score, CPC, CPL, and CAC; reallocate budget toward highest-performing campaigns.
• Develop ad copy and creative briefs ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising policies and HIPAA.
• Manage account structure and audience segmentation (in-market, remarketing, custom intent).
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Stay current on Google Ads updates and healthcare advertising policy changes.
