MicroSourcing, a Philippines-based outsourcing provider, is seeking a Google Ads Manager to lead paid search campaigns across multiple brands and clinics in a remote setup. You will own bid management, keyword strategy, ad copy, and conversion tracking to drive cost-efficient inquiries and admissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated lead-generation industry.
• Google Ads certification (Search and Display) required.
• Demonstrated track record of managing paid search budgets and reducing cost per acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and Local Services Ads) across multiple brands and clinics.
• Own day-to-day bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and negative keyword lists.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to align paid search strategy with overall digital priorities.
• Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rate from click to inquiry.
• Build and maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution across Google Ads, GA4, and CRM.
• Monitor metrics and reallocate budget toward high-performing campaigns and ad groups.
• Develop ad copy and creative briefs ensuring messaging complies with healthcare advertiser requirements.
• Manage account structure and audience segmentation tailored to each service line.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights for leadership.
