Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist for a work-from-home role. You will develop digital marketing strategies, plan annual and quarterly campaigns, and drive patient acquisition and retention for clinics.

You will manage paid ads across Google, Meta, Microsoft, YouTube, and TikTok, coordinate content, analytics, local marketing, SEM, social media, and Reputation Management while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. clients is highly preferred.
• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid and organic digital marketing.
• Experience developing marketing strategies rather than purely executing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working remotely with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Lead launch campaigns for new clinic openings by developing awareness campaigns and localized efforts.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate content strategy, calendars, and assets; oversee analytics and reporting.
• Perform market research and Business Intelligence to support expansion plans.
