Qualifications

• 2+ years in live reservations/dispatch in premium travel operations.
• Experience supporting U.S. customers in real-time operations.
• Limo Anywhere experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, review and quality-check ground-transport reservations.
• Confirm passenger, flight, pickup, vehicle, chauffeur, affiliate, airport, billing and special-instruction details.
• Monitor commercial and private flights, chauffeur status, and active trips; identify risks before they become client problems.
• Coordinate service recovery and escalate promptly when a chauffeur, vehicle, affiliate, flight, or itinerary changes.
• Communicate by phone, email, and business messaging with clients, executive assistants, travelers, chauffeurs, affiliates, and hospitality partners.
• Maintain complete notes, handoffs, audit trails, and operational reports.
• Follow ICON standards while applying sound judgment under time pressure.
