Job summary

Goway-Manila is seeking a Product Coordinator to support contract loading and maintenance for the region. You will manage supplier contracts, perform quality checks, and ensure timely updates of rates and content in the system, collaborating with the Product Team Lead and Reservations teams.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, excel in a fast-paced travel environment, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma and travel industry familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read/write/speak English.
• 1–3 years of work-related experience.
• Travel industry experience preferred.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Load, maintain, and update supplier contracts in the operating system accurately and within deadlines.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks as directed by the Product Team Lead.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy, compliance, and completeness of loaded contracts.
• Escalate system or contract issues to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements.
• Address contract-related questions with Reservations, Sales, and Operations.
• Communicate in English via phone, video, and email for collaboration.
