Job summary

Corpay One, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Airline Sourcing Specialist to support the global sourcing team in lodging, crew accommodations, and distressed passenger arrangements. This permanent role reports to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing and involves travel for site visits.

You will handle RFPs, market reviews and vendor vetting, with a focus on cost savings and negotiating terms. Remote work is supported with company equipment and onboarding training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Aviation and Hospitality industries.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and negotiate RFP terms and rates for airline crew and distressed passenger bookings.
• Monitor markets for price changes and risk opportunities.
• Become a hotel market expert in assigned regions.
• Develop pricing comparisons and analyze options.
• Prepare market intel reports to accompany final recommendations.
• Identify savings and revenue potential in markets.
• Communicate effectively with hotels and transport vendors.
• Vetting hotels/transport vendors to satisfy client criteria.
• Travel for hotel site and market visits as assigned.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.
