Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international or overseas sales experience; energy storage/solar exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of overseas sales processes and renewable energy market dynamics.
• Established networks in assigned market are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development for energy storage and photovoltaic modules in the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, partners and stakeholders.
• Execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities, build sales pipelines and expand customer base.
• Monitor market trends, policies, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management from market research.
• Manage customer feedback, commercial issues, and follow-up activities.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, meetings, and other BD activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and BD recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and smooth execution of commercial activities.
