Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Project Manager / Transition Manager with 3–5 years in PM/transition roles within BPO/Shared Services/GBS environments. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, business transitions, and operational transformation across functions and locations.

You will manage plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring quality, budgets, and timely handovers to BAU. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years of PM/transition/transform experience.
• Experience in a BPO/Shared Services/GBS or Captive Center environment.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and change management.
• Experience with stakeholder, risk, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects, transitions, and process migrations across functions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee cross-location process transitions and BAU handovers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to drive project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate governance meetings and progress reporting.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and process standardization.
