Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager / Transition Manager with experience in the BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, business transitions, process migrations, and operational transformation initiatives. This role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end projects, transitions, and process migration initiatives across business functions.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.

• Oversee the transition of processes, services, or operations across locations, teams, or business units.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor project performance against established KPIs, SLAs, timelines, and budgets.

• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and change management initiatives.

• Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder updates, and progress reporting.

• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, process standardization, and operational readiness.

• Manage project handovers and ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, transition management, or business transformation.

• Must have experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Captive Center environment.

• Proven experience managing projects, business transitions, process migrations, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management.

• Experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are an advantage but not required.

• Experience handling regional or global stakeholders is an advantage.
