Job summary

TRT is recruiting for IT Servers, Storage and Networking Advanced Technical Experts to join the Global Support Services Team. Remote-based applicants will grow into cross-technology specialists beyond vendor focus.

Role focuses on enterprise hardware, firmware and OS troubleshooting, incident resolution, and collaboration with field engineers to meet SLA commitments for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CS/CE/ECE or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT hardware break fix and software resolution experience.
• Willingness to do both hardware and software support.
• Hold two industry certifications on suitable enterprise platforms in two different technologies.
• Vendor certification experience in UNIX (AIX/HP-UX/Solaris/Red Hat, etc).
• Networking experience equivalent to CCNP or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalated cases for Enterprise Range hardware and software issues.
• Perform incident resolution, remote troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with field services and value chain admins for parts and on-site support.
• Ensure SLA adherence and professional client communications across channels.
• Create PSC/work plans and onboard new Global Support Services Engineers.
• Prepare and review CRFs, RFQs, RCAs and other deliverables.
• Document problem resolutions in TRT knowledge base and train new engineers.
