Job summary

TRT Global Solutions in the Philippines (Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga) seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead a global team delivering client infrastructure services, including hardware and software maintenance, project delivery, and service management.

The role requires 15+ years IT experience, 5+ years in 24/7 operations, and deep knowledge of SAN, Cisco networking, high availability, and ITIL practices. You will advise executives and ensure the TRT Support Model runs across all clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years total experience, including 5+ years in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience leading overall infrastructure for a complex organization and network.
• Working knowledge of SAN and related technologies, Cisco-based network communications technology, High availability and disaster recovery architecture, communication and related technologies.
• Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Overall manage and lead a team of Global Service Desk Engineers, Field Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Client Service Partners.
• Ensure delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
• Manage escalations and give timely resolutions to the customers
• Experience with regulatory compliance issues, as well best practices in application and network
